And I don't quite understand, will BTC1 be distributed free of charge? By what scheme?
-
Look: they will give away for free. At the moment of a hard fork, BTC1 coins will be received by all who decide to join this project. Apparently, they will give out in the 1:1 ratio.

I studied the b1.cash site and now have one question. Why do they create their own cryptocurrency? What prevents the creation of some usual development (let's say, really bank aggregator) and work, providing a single service?
-
Firstly, I think the main hinder is that not all banks will do this. Why did they invest in the ABS development, mobile versions, sites, etc?
-
I don't agree. If b1.sash will offer them a really global service, then I think banks will catch up with time and start working on this platform. In fact, it's convenient, and Internet and mobile banking are all in one place.

You obviously forgot about interbank cooperation. How is it organized if there are many banks in the system?
-
Well, you surprised me. And how, you suppose, banks that are connected to UCS work? Yes, there are many of them, but in fact, all payments go through them. For banks, it's more convenient. Just imagine, you have hundreds of offices throughout the country and all this mass must be processed independently. No bank can do this. And here, in fact, B1.CASH just offers it.

What is a cryptocurrency in the usual sense? It's an instrument of investment, a means of payment. So?
-
So, what does B1.CASH and its Bitcoin ONE have to do with it?
